Overview
Caroline is a transactional and knowledge lawyer in the Banking practice with wide-ranging experience in syndicated and secured financings and emerging markets lending. She also works with clients, as well as lawyers across the firm’s transactional practices in the Middle East, to navigate complex, technical legal issues.
Caroline advises on English, UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) legal regimes and transactions.
Currently based in the firm’s London office, Caroline has also spent time working internationally, including several years in the firm’s Dubai office.
Education and qualifications
Caroline studied Modern History at St. Anne’s College, Oxford University and law at Nottingham Law School.
