Overview

Corentin joined the Brussels real estate department in 2022. He advises Belgian and international clients on real estate matters ranging from advisory to transactional work and provides clients with practical solutions for complex real estate transactions. Always ready for new challenges, he manages to be the most pragmatic possible and to work efficiently.

Corentin advises on both real estate (sale, long-term lease, leasing) and corporate real estate transactions and on M&A transactions that are not real estate-based.

Work highlights

Corentin was involved in :

  • the acquisition of the new headquarters in Brussels by the chemical multinational Solvay;
  • the purchase of 21 long-term leases from the OIB (European Union) for portfolio buildings to be redeveloped by SFPIM;
  • the sale and restructuring of three real estate companies located in Luxembourg;
  • negotiation to conclude a long-term lease in Brussels with institutional bodies;
  • negotiation of turnkey and project manager agreements for a hotel resort project in Morocco.
 

Education and qualifications

  • Corentin holds a bilingual Bachelor in Law from the Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles and a Master in Law from the Université Catholique de Louvain during which he spent a semester at Universität Wien in Austria as an erasmus student. He also completed a Master of Arts in European interdisciplinary studies at the College of Europe (Natolin).
