Elenor is a commercial litigator based in London who has acted on a number of the most complex and high-profile restructuring and insolvency cases in recent years advising insolvency practitioners. Her practice also covers complex litigation matters for financial services clients and reputationally sensitive investigations (internal, SFO and Ofgem) for market leading corporates across the consumer, energy and defence sectors.

- Acting for a London foreign exchange broker on its defence to a High Court claim arising out of an alleged ponzi-like fraud investigated by the US SEC.
