Ewa Sinkiewicz

Ewa is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokat). She provides comprehensive legal advice to local and foreign entities for real estate transactions in particular with respect to acquisition, development, construction, leasing, property management and divestment processes, primarily in the office and logistics sectors. Ewa is also involved in the day-to-day legal services for entities in the real estate market.

Work highlights

• Niam: advising on the sale of Axis and Kapelanka 42 A office buildings to CORUM.
• Investika: advising on the acquisition of Tensor Office Park, comprising three A-class office buildings in Gdynia.
• Penta Real Estate: advising on the sale of the D48 office building located in Warsaw from Slovak investment fund IAD Investments.
• Vestinlog, part of the KKCG Group: advising on the sale of a portfolio of five industrial logistics and production assets located in Poland to Jet Industrial Properties Poland SE, a Jet Investment’s subsidiary.
• W.P. Carey: advising on the sale and leaseback of a property belonging to Rockwell Automation.
• AEW Europe: advising on acquisitions of numerous greenfields in Łódź and Pruszków as well as on the further development process of the properties.

Prior to joining Linklaters in 2018, Ewa worked at HB Reavis.

Ewa is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokat) in Warsaw Bar Association. Ewa studied law at the Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She speaks Polish and English.
