Overview
Federica is head of the firm’s Italian Employment practice. She is experienced in all aspects of employment law, primarily focusing on senior managers’ employment contracts and terminations, retention arrangements, remuneration structures, works councils and unions’ relations and collective redundancy procedures. She also advises on transaction-related employment aspects, including mergers and acquisitions, business transfers and corporate restructurings.
Federica has advised on employment issues in many major deals and stand-alone employment matters.
In addition, Federica led on an initiative to create Link to The Future, a project providing practical legal training to some of Italy's most innovative start-ups.
Federica regularly lectures and presents at conferences on employment-economic related themes. She is also the author and co-author of several articles on labour law.
Education and qualifications
Federica studied law at the University of Turin.
She speaks Italian and English.
