Gabriel has leaded numerous real estate transactions of diverse nature, including investment and divestment of real estate assets, sale and lease-back, leases and construction contracts.
He also has experience advising large international real estate funds on the acquisition of portfolios of both repossessed properties and non-performing loans and drafting and negotiation of servicing agreements for repossessed properties and performing (under the scope of developers’ support plans) and non-performing loans.
He has extensive experience in urban planning and asset management, including negotiation and drafting of lease agreements, construction agreements, administrative proceedings for the granting of construction permits, etc. related to shopping centres, office buildings, logistical warehouses and hotels.

- EQT Exeter (the real estate division of EQT) on the sale of its Spanish student housing portfolio sale to Azora, including 12 assets in nine cities in Spain with 4,100 beds.
- Ares on the awarding of two concession agreements (Plan Vive) for developing c. 3,600 build-to-rent homes in Madrid.
- Stoneshield Capital on the structuring and sale of MiCampus student accommodation real estate portfolio to a new Core+ Evergreen Fund anchored by UBS AM.
- Ares in relation to the acquisition of three residential schemes from Neinor and two residential schemes from an insolvency.
- Universidad Europea on the development of the new campus in Madrid and Málaga.
- EQT on the formation of a €500m joint venture with Grupo Moraval to create a new portfolio of student accommodation facilities in Spain.
