Louis is a Senior Associate in the Financial Regulation Group based in Paris. He has 10 years of working experience at Magic Circle law firms and financial institutions, advising financial services area and FinTech companies such as credit institutions, insurance undertakings, investment firms, payment services providers, crypto-asset services providers, banking and insurance intermediaries … on a wide range of financial services and regulatory issues.

More specifically, Louis expertise covers advising clients on the regulatory aspects of transactions involving financial institutions (creation and licensing of institutions, change in control, transfer of activities); advising financial institutions on governance, prudential, conduct of business, marketing of products, provision of services … issues; and assisting financial institutions as part of investigations conducted by and/or disciplinary proceedings before French regulatory authority ACPR.
