Overview
Odysseas is an Associate in our global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice and based in Dusseldorf. He specialises in German and European competition laws, including merger control as well as all other aspects of competition law. Also, Odysseas comprehensively advises on foreign investment control including proceedings under German foreign trade law. He represents clients before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action as well as German and European Courts.

Prior, he worked as a research associate in the antitrust practice of an international law firm and as a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law.Education and qualifications
Odysseas studied Law at the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg.
He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with stages, inter alia, at Linklaters’ antitrust & foreign investment practice, the antitrust practice of an international law firm, and the German Embassy in Washington DC.
He speaks German, English and Greek.
