Overview
Philippe joined the corporate and finance practice in 2022. Prior to joining Linklaters, he worked as an associate at another international firm since 2018.
He specialises in corporate transactional work with a focus on M&A and private equity.
Work highlights
Since joining Linklaters, Philippe has worked on the following matters, advising:
- Dajia Insurance Group on the sale of Bank Nagelmackers to BPCE
- Bpost on its acquisition of Staci from Ardian and other shareholders
- Proximus on the acquisition of a majority stake in Route Mobile Ltd
- SCR-Sibelco on its conditional voluntary public tender offer to buy back own shares
- Sofina on its acquisition of a minority stake in EG A/S
- Orange Belgium on the acquisition of VOO SA

Education and qualifications
Philippe studied law at Ghent University and at the University of Glasgow within the framework of the Erasmus Programme. He holds an LL.M. degree from Berkeley Law.
He is admitted to practice as a lawyer in Belgium and New York.
Philippe is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
