Terri is a Counsel (Knowledge) in the Hong Kong SAR Corporate practice. She has over 20 years of experience advising on corporate/M&A and capital market transactions.

Terri develops knowhow and training in equity markets as well as corporate for Linklaters‘ lawyers in China. She has extensive experience in Hong Kong corporate and equity securities issues, having authored numerous insight articles analysing HKEX and SFC policy updates, Hong Kong listing rules, and key corporate legal developments.

Terri is qualified in Hong Kong SAR. She is fluent in English and Cantonese.
