Tiffany advises clients on domestic and cross-border capital raising through structured credit and securitized products across various industries and assets. She focuses on renewable energy, auto loans, leases, aviation, trade receivables, and cryptocurrencies. She also manages asset-backed financing facilities.

She supports operating companies, issuers, sponsors, asset managers, arranging banks, borrowers, lenders, and investors. Her expertise includes negotiation, execution, securities laws, and regulatory matters, covering Rule 144A, Regulation S and D, the Volcker Rule, U.S. credit risk retention and SEC compliance.

Tiffany’s broad experience allows her to provide practical solutions and direct commercial advice, ensuring optimal outcomes for her clients despite any transaction roadblocks.

Education and qualifications

Tiffany holds a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Tiffany obtained her undergraduate degrees in English and Political Science from Case Western Reserve University.
