Companies are gearing up to comply with the changes made to the directors’ pay rules in last year’s corporate governance reforms. And now there are some more changes to apply the EU ‘say on pay’ rules in the UK.

The EU rules are similar to the UK regime so there is no major overhauling of the UK rules. But companies will need to comply with some new miscellaneous requirements, including increased website disclosure.
