We have also invested in creating the role of Innovation Lawyer at Linklaters – lawyers dedicated to innovation, process improvement, adoption of technology and matter planning and architecture within a specific practice and also collaborating with clients on innovation and LegalTech projects. These lawyers connect the practice to our technology, innovation and knowledge & learning teams and speak the language of all those groups to ensure common understanding and drive decision-making and change.
