Spring 2022 Investor Agenda

Welcome to our Spring Edition of Investor Agenda, we hope you will find this topical and useful.

Apart from some important updates on derivatives, we have again more on ESG, mainly the “E” – environmental – climate change aspects. However we are noting, largely anecdotally, increasing activist interest in the “SG” - social and governance – aspects of responsible investing: interesting, perhaps, that a recent report in Australia called out superfunds there for their absence of animal welfare policies. More seriously, current geopolitics may also give trustees pause for thought, whether from a responsible investing or purely risk-based point of view. Much to chew on for us all.
