Linklaters advises Oaktree Capital Management and Cornerstone Investment Management on the sale of Proservice Finteco and its stake in Investment Funds Depository Services to Innova Capital
Linklaters has advised Oaktree Capital Management and Cornerstone Investment Management on the sale to Innova Capital of Proservice Finteco, a leading provider of investment fund administration services, and a 50% stake in Investment Funds Depository Services, a specialist provider of fund depositary services.
This is a sizeable and high-profile deal for the Polish market and comes at a time when the Polish investment fund administration market is seeing considerable expansion, propelled by the increasing adoption of back-office outsourcing.
The cross-border team was led by Private Equity Partners Alex Woodward and Andrew Lynch, and they were supported by Private Equity Managing Associate Thomas Scott, and Private Equity associates John Dai, Natalie Mirams and Joyce Shi.
The Warsaw team was led by National Managing Partner Marcin Schulz, Managing Associate Magdalena Szewczyk and Senior Associate Adam Usiadek. The transaction also involved close cooperation with Linklaters’ office in Luxembourg.
