Erika Jensen

Erika works on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including debt and equity offerings, financings, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and structuring. Erika also advises private equity, institutional, and sovereign clients in relation to fund formation and investments.

Prior to joining Linklaters, Erika gained extensive tax experience at a Big 4 accounting firm and advised investment funds and multinational companies on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.

Erika holds an LL.M. in Taxation and a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of the International & Comparative Law Review. Erika obtained her undergraduate degree in Law & American Civilization from Towson University.

Erika is a member of the New York Bar.
