Fanny Mahler is a Partner in the Public law and Energy & Infrastructure team with fourteen years’ experience.

Before joining Linklaters, Fanny worked 6 years in another law firm in Paris. 

Work highlights

Her recent notable deals include advising:

  • advising the lenders on the post-construction refinancing of a portfolio of five SPVs totalling 94.7 MW in installed capacity 
  • the lenders in relation to the acquisition of a minority investment in France consisting of 33 operational wind farms in France with a capacity of 333 MW
  • the MLA on the limited recourse financing of a 300 MWp solar project 
  • advising a client on the structuring and negotiation of concession contracts for the construction, financing and operation of thermal centres
  • development and financing of the limited recourse nickel mine, metallurgical project and related infrastructure, including port facilities and coal-fired heating plants, at the Koniambo mine in New Caledonia
  • EDF's takeover bid for 100% of the share capital of EDF Energies nouvelles: advice to EDF Energies Nouvelles in the context of EDF's friendly bid to acquire and exchange 50% of its renewable energy subsidiary
  • advising in connection with the invitation to tender launched by the state for the concession of an express link between Paris and the airport Charles-de-Gaulle
  • advising a consortium bidding in a government tender for the A63 motorway concession
