Overview
Jenn is a Managing Associate in London’s derivatives and structured products practice. Her extensive experience in the capital markets spans a wide range of highly structured finance transactions, including complex note repackagings, credit-linked products, ETCs and other bespoke SPV-based structures linked to a variety of asset classes and on different programme platforms.
She has particular interest, and specialises, in carbon-linked structures - from carbon custody arrangements to carbon-backed structured finance transactions to advising on the set-up of carbon trading capability. She was also part of the drafting counsel team to ISDA on the Sustainability-linked Derivatives Clause Library.
During her life at Linklaters, Jenn has also spent time on client secondments in London.
Education and qualifications
Jenn studied law at University College London and speaks English and Cantonese.
