Nikhita Suria

Nikhita is a Managing Associate in the banking team, focussing on sponsor-backed leveraged finance transactions across the UK and continental Europe, advising both sponsors and arrangers. Nikhita has experience across multiple types of financings including corporate financing, super senior financings, bank/bond/bridge/backstop facilities and fund financings, with particular experience in the infrastructure financing space. Nikhita has previously completed secondments in New York and Sao Paulo and published thought leadership pieces on the legal implications of smart contracts.
