Overview
Tara is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer in the Antitrust & Foreign Investment group.
Tara has responsibility for a broad range of K&L, across merger control, foreign investment and antitrust, for the global practice. She regularly drafts and reviews global thought leadership for the team and carries out training.
Tara has extensive experience working on investigatory aspects of competition law, complex global mergers, behavioural and compliance work, in addition to procurement and state aid. She has worked across a range of sectors including financial services, life sciences, energy and utilities and technology.
Tara trained and qualified at Linklaters in 2014. She has worked in our Hong Kong office and has spent time in our Financial Regulation Group.
Professional experience
Tara has been a regular volunteer through the firm’s Social Impact programme for over a decade, including through the Access Project, the Mary Ward Legal Centre and assisting Amicus on racial justice litigation.
