Linklaters cordially invites you to attend the 2025 series of our DCM Training Programme for Junior Bankers. This year, we have enhanced the programme with new content to reflect recent market trends and legal developments. Join us for a truly informative and engaging learning journey!
The programme offers an in-depth introduction to Debt Capital Markets transactions, covering key topics such as Bonds and MTNs, Execution Timetable and Documentation, PRC Offshore Bond Structures, Due Diligence and OC Disclosure, as well as key trends for the year. While the content is specifically tailored for junior bankers, all interested professionals are welcome to attend.
The series will take place over five consecutive Thursdays, from 6 March to 3 April 2025, with all sessions conducted in English, followed by networking drinks to be held at our Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
