Jason has led the teams on many of the firm’s most complex cross-border capital markets transactions, and has developed particular expertise advising clients listing in the UK, Amsterdam and the GCC, where he has spent more than 15 years acting for clients on transactions in the UAE, Oman and the KSA.
Jason’s experience spans many industry sectors, particularly fintech, financial services, consumer and industrials.
Jason is listed as a Leading Lawyer in key industry publications, including Chambers UK (Band 1), Chambers Europe (Band 1), Chambers Global (Band 1), Legal 500 (Hall of Fame) and IFLR 1000 (Market Leader).

Jason has led on many notable capital markets and corporate transactions. These include advising:
- Metro Bank in connection with its £325m capital raise and £600m debt refinancing
- Abraj Energy Services and OQ on Abraj’s privatisation by way of IPO and listing on the Muscat Stock Exchange, and the underwriters on the privatisation, IPO and listing of OQ Gas Networks on the Muscat Stock Exchange
- Burjeel Holdings on its IPO and listing on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange
- e& on its $400m investment in exchange for a majority stake in Careem’s Super App
- VAM Investments SPAC B.V. and Energy Transition Partners B.V. and their respective Sponsors on their IPOs and listings on Euronext Amsterdam
- Gulf Marine Services in connection with its listing on the London Stock Exchange, its requisitioned EGM to replace its board and its successful defence of the attempted public takeover by Seafox International
- the underwriters on the Euronext Amsterdam IPOs of Allfunds Group PLC and Ebusco N.V., as well as on the IPO of Takeaway.com, its follow-on acquisition financing to acquire Delivery Hero and the accelerated bookbuild equity and convertible bond offerings by JustEat Takeaway plc.
Education
Jason holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School and obtained undergraduate degrees in Economics and Psychology from Northwestern University (Phi Beta Kappa).
