Overview
Jeppa is a Managing Associate within the M&A Corporate practice in Stockholm. She regularly advises private equity and corporate clients on all types of transactional work. She has extensive experience with cross-border M&A transactions and carve-outs.
She is recognised as a Rising Star within Corporate/M&A/Private Equity by IFLR 1000, and clients described her as “very diligent, exceptional at transactions and team management” when she was recognised as a Key Lawyer by The Legal 500.
Jeppa was on a secondment to Investor AB (publ) and Patricia Industries AB in 2020. In 2023, she was on a secondment to Linklaters’ private equity and financial sponsors practice in London.
Work highlights
- The co-lead investors Altor, GIC, Hy24 and Just Climate on the c.€1.5bn private placement in H2 Green Steel
- Cerberus on the acquisition and financing of SEK 11.5bn asset sale by Intrum; the transaction involved over 10,000 portfolios of loans with a nominal value of SEK 382bn and a book value of SEK 11.5bn across 13 European jurisdictions
- Nasdaq on the divestment of its European power trading and clearing business to European Energy Exchange (EEX), a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse
- Advising a prominent climate-led global investment fund on their first ever investment
- Triton/Aleris on the carve-out and divestment of its radiology business to EQT Infrastructure and its portfolio companies Meine Radiologie Holding GmbH and Blikk Holding GmbH
- Triton/Unident on the acquisition of each of America Dental Trading, Hofmeester and TS Dental
