How we make decisions

Linklaters is a limited liability partnership. Ultimately, it is our partners who make the firm’s long-term strategic decisions, guided by our management bodies.

We want to be the law firm that clients trust to work with above all others. We stand out for our commitment to investing in our clients, delivering timely, responsive and innovative advice that best matches their requirements. We also want to create an excellent working environment in which our people are empowered, feel completely at home and can develop and use their talents to the full.

Our leadership is decisive, imaginative and supportive. They give clear direction so that everybody knows where they stand, while providing the latitude to allow for our people to be creative. Innovation and problem-solving are at the heart of our approach to our business.
