Linklaters represents consortium in recommended offer for Go-Ahead
Linklaters are representing the consortium of Kinetic, the Australian bus operator, and Globalvia, the Spanish transport infrastructure business, on its £648m recommended offer for London-listed transport provider The Go-Ahead Group plc.
The team is led by corporate partner Chris Boycott and Sarah Flaherty, alongside corporate managing associate Jennifer Sharp and corporate associates Hope Levy-Shepherd and Santiago Menendez. They are supported by finance partner Thomas Waller, tax partner Chris Smale and energy and infrastructure counsel Rasha Sami.
