Linklaters advises Rio Tinto on the acquisition of Arcadium Lithium for US$6.7bn
Linklaters is advising Rio Tinto on the agreed all-cash acquisition of Arcadium Lithium (NYSE: ALTM) (ASX: LTM) for US$6.7bn. The Transaction will bring Arcadium’s world-class, complementary lithium business into Rio Tinto’s portfolio, establishing a global leader in energy transition commodities – from aluminium and copper to high-grade iron ore and lithium.
