Vincent specializes in Dutch and European employment and pensions law, and heads the employment and pensions practice in the firm’s Amsterdam office.
Vincent advises and represents employers on the full range of employment and pensions issues, including individual and collective dismissals, works councils, amending employment terms and conditions, collective labour agreements, employee benefits, takeovers, pension fund disputes and equal treatment.

- Infracapital Partners: advising on its acquisition of Vopak Rotterdam Botlek, a Dutch specialised liquid storage terminal business, from Vopak Management Netherlands B.V.
- Cummins Inc: advising on the acquisition of parts of Faurecia's exhaust aftertreatment business, including facilities in the Netherlands, USA, Germany, and France.
- Unilever: advising on the unification of its legal structure under a single parent company, Unilever PLC.
- Delhaize: advising on its EUR 28 billion merger of equals with and into Ahold, its Dutch-headquartered equivalent.
- Carrier Global Corporation: advising on the sale of its international commercial refrigeration business to joint venture partner Haier.
