Newsletter Q4 2024
Employment Practice
We present a concise overview of the legislative changes and initiatives from the end of 2024 that are of significant importance to employers' operations. Although the past period was marked by numerous challenges for HR departments, which were forced to implement changes resulting from subsequent amendments to labour law, we anticipate that the coming year will also bring increased legislative activity. The upcoming year will also be a time of intensive work in Polish legislation, including the implementation of the so-called Women on Boards Directive, the Pay Transparency Directive, and the Platform Work Directive. It promises to be another year filled with numerous challenges. At the beginning of the year, we will send a brief overview of the key issues that should be included in your agenda.
