Linklaters advises CBRE Investment Management on the acquisition of another logistics facility in Silesia
Linklaters has advised CBRE Investment Management, a leading global real assets investment management firm, on the acquisition of the “D” logistics building that is part of the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre, from 7R. The newly acquired “D” building offers 13,800 sqm area and is fully let to two tenants. With the latest acquisition, CBRE Investment Management has now acquired all four buildings making up the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre.
The 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre is located in Czechowice-Dziedzice, in Silesia Province, at the national road no. 1. It comprises of four Class A buildings totalling 58,300 sqm. All buildings have been fully let since acquisition and have a diversified tenant mix of international and national companies.
This is another acquisition within the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre on which we have advised CBRE Investment Management. In 2019, we advised on the acquisition of the “A” and “B” buildings, offering a total of 29,000 sqm, and in 2020, on the acquisition of the “C” building comprising 15,500 sqm.
The recent transaction regarding the “D” building, as well as the 2020 deal concerning the “C” building, was led by Jędrzej Pałka (senior associate), supported by Mateusz Korecki (associate) from Warsaw real estate practice. Tomasz Trystuła (managing associate) provided advise on the first acquisition within the complex – acquisition of the “A” and “B” buildings.
