Adam is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokat). He has extensive experience in advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and joint venture deals as well as on corporate restructurings and reorganisations.

  • InfraVia Capital Partners: advising on the acquisition of 50% of Polski Światłowód Otwarty, a subsidiary of the Play Group, one of Poland's leading fixed, digital TV and mobile convergent players.
