Overview
Luise provides national and international clients with expert guidance on a spectrum of corporate law issues across different sectors. Her practice at Linklaters encompasses advising on private M&A transactions and global group restructurings. An additional focus of her advisory lies on corporate governance consultancy, including compliance, crisis management, director’s liability, as well as furnishing management and supervisory boards with robust legal opinions and judicious business judgment advice. Luise is the author of various judicial publications, focusing mainly on corporate governance and internal investigations issues.
Luise is part of the Linklaters ESG Group and is particularly adept at navigating the evolving landscape of ESG, including guidance on the German Supply Chain Act as well as the reporting obligations under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

- Daimler: advising on the establishment of a holding structure with the three pillars Cars & Vans, Trucks & Busses and Financial Services as well as a subsequent spin-off of a minority shareholding in Daimler Truck and subsequent listing.
- Bilfinger: advising on management supervisory board and corporate governance matters.
