Overview
Vaishali is an associate in Linklaters’ Washington, D.C., office. She focuses her practice on environmental law, advising clients on environmental permitting, compliance, and regulatory issues across energy and infrastructure projects and transactions.
In law school, Vaishali clerked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, where she conducted research and drafted memoranda on environmental case law, statues, and regulations. Additionally, Vaishali previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Deborah S. Hanlon-Schron, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean Vicinage.
Vaishali is also a proud member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.

Vaishali served as a Regional Writer for the ABA SEER Transactions and Brownfields Redevelopment Committee, where she reported on cutting-edge developments in business, energy, and real estate transactions.
She has also written articles focused on various legal issues impacting the LGBTQIA+ community.
