Linklaters advised Vauban Infrastructure Partners, new reference shareholder of Paprec group. Vauban becomes the second largest shareholder of the Paprec group with a 20% stake, alongside the Petithuguenin family, Bpifrance, BNPP, Arkéa and Crédit Agricole. This new round of financing brings the group's shareholders’ equity to more than €800 million.

The Paprec group is the French leader in recycling with sales of €2.2 billion in 2021, and number three in France in overall waste management and energy recovery. It aims to double its business over the next 10 years.
