Linklaters advises Ardian on its first investment in self-storage with the acquisition of Costockage, a market leader in France
Linklaters advised Ardian in connection with its first investment in self-storage through the acquisition of the company Costockage, a marketplace allowing professionals and individuals to rent storage units from established operators and/or unused storage space from private individuals.
The company currently operates 10 centers in France and intends to expand its presence in the coming years. Ardian's Real Estate team will support Kostok, the storage center operating branch with an innovative digital approach developed by Costockage, to extend its influence through building acquisitions, property conversions, and acquisitions of self-storage businesses.
