- defending a multinational financial services company in a civil antitrust class action related to benchmark rates
- representing a Chilean company in an ICC Emergency Arbitration and two subsequent arbitrations brought by international engineering companies in relation to an EPC Contract for a power plant in Chile
- representing a Spanish corporation in an LCIA arbitration in connection with a long-term LNG shipping contract dispute
- defending a European airline against civil antitrust claims
- defending a global mining company in a Delaware appraisal action following a major U.S. acquisition
- advising a European industrials corporation in connection with multiple internal investigations in Latin America
- representing ten low-income restaurant workers in a FLSA trial in which the clients prevailed on nearly all claims
