Linklaters appoints real estate practice head in Italy
Linklaters is pleased to announce that Francesco De Blasio will be joining the Italy office as partner and practice head for Real Estate.
Francesco will lead the Italian real estate team at the firm and will focus on advising domestic and international clients in acquisition and development transactions on single assets or complex real estate portfolios, in addition to the structuring of investment funds to develop joint ventures. In his career spanning two decades, Francesco has also acquired significant experience in more specific real estate contracts, applied to particular categories of properties, such as hotels, sports facilities and logistics.

With Francesco, who joins from DLA Piper, the firm also welcomes a new Italian real estate team, which Francesco will lead, composed of Francesco Macrì, Francesco Calabria and Gabriele Lopez, managing associates, and Marika Angelastri and Massimo Schirinzi, associates.
