Overview
Dalia is an associate in the New Yok office of Linklaters. She is strongly committed to community and pro bono service, with a particular focus on international law, human rights, immigration, and racial justice. Recent matters include Fourth Amendment Civil Rights Suit with the ACLU and ACLU of Louisiana and working with REPRIEVE Kenya in supporting the process of resentencing thousands of eligible death row prisoners in Kenya. She also works on several immigration cases with KIND.
Education and qualifications
Dalia was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Bristol where she mainly conducted research in refugee securitization and identity. Shortly after working as a Princeton in Africa Fellow in Rwanda, she moved back to the United States to attend Georgetown Law.
