Overview
Tyler focuses his practice on representing fund sponsors, asset managers, and institutional investors on the formation and operation of private investment funds, both domestic and international. He advises on the fundraising process, including preparing offering and governing documents, as well as operational, regulatory and compliance matters, and also regularly advises institutional investors on various market terms.

Tyler has represented a diverse group of fund sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors, including KKR, DuPont Capital Management, Lilly Retirement Trust, GE Pension Trust, and Barings.
Education and qualifications
Tyler holds a Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, where he edited the Brigham Young University Journal of Public Law. He also holds a Master of Music from Rice University and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Utah.
