Employment Practice: Newsletter Q4 / 2023
In the latest edition of the Newsletter, as usual, we outline the changes and legislative initiatives from the end of 2023, presenting the issues that are most pertinent to employers, but also discuss emerging topics to be aware of in 2024. While the previous year posed many challenges for HR departments, forcing the implementation of changes introduced by successive amendments, we expect that the current year will also be a period of increased legislative activity, especially considering the backlog in implementation of EU directives and declared priorities. A number of announcements in this regard, some of them unexpected, have also already been made by the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy.
