A simple and efficient solution to adapting EU law for an orderly Brexit

The report – The Great Repeal Bill: Domesticating EU law – responds to the UK government’s recent White Paper on the “Great Repeal Bill”. The report proposes a simple and efficient approach to the adoption and adaptation of EU and EU-derived law, saving UK businesses and government time, money and resources. It illustrates this approach with examples taken from the financial sector.
