Linklaters advises NIAM on the sale of Axis and Kapelanka 42 A office buildings to CORUM

Linklaters has advised NIAM, a leading Swedish real estate private equity firm, on the sale of Axis and Kapelanka 42 A office buildings located in Kraków. The buyer is CORUM.

Kapelanka 42 A is located in the southwestern area of Kraków, in the heart of Podgórze. The building, with a total gross leasable area of 17 700 sqm, was put into operation in 2014. The second building, Axis, is located in the central part of Kraków, next to the Mogilskie Roundabout. Axis was completed in 2016 and offers 20 700 sqm of a total gross leasable area. Both buildings meet the highest quality and safety standards, holding the LEED Green Building Certification (Gold).

The Linklaters Warsaw real estate transaction team was led by Adriana Andrzejewska (of counsel), supported by Ewa Sinkiewicz (senior associate) and Mateusz Korecki (associate). The tax aspects of the transaction were managed by Mikołaj Bieniasz (of counsel), supported by Jan Jurga (associate).
