Overview

Rahul is a partner within the firm’s Banking practice, based in Singapore. Rahul started his career in London and has more than 15 years of experience across Singapore and London advising on a wide range of complex cross-border financing transactions.

Rahul has advised clients on leveraged buyouts, public-to-private transactions, investment grade borrowings and special situations transactions. Rahul has a particular interest, and significant expertise, in private credit transactions including unitranche loans, holdco PIKs and back-leveraged transactions. Rahul also has top-tier emerging markets experience, with a particular focus on India.

Rahul holds a B.A. and LL.B. (Hons) from the WB National University of Juridical Sciences. He is admitted in England and Wales.
