Anne Wachsmann-Guigon - Partner, President of the Linklaters Foundation

Anne Wachsmann-Guigon is a key player in the competition field. Her clients span a broad range of industry sectors, whilst her caseload reflects her clients’ confidence in her extensive knowledge of competition law and policy: cartels, abuse of dominant position, vertical restraints, merger control, from the administrative investigation stage to the procedure before domestic and EU jurisdictions. She is the National Head of Practice for Competition at Linklaters Paris office since 2013.

Since 2010, Anne Wachsmann-Guigon is in charge of the cultural patronage policy of Linklaters in Paris. As a private collector too, Anne Wachsmann-Guigon is a member of several associations of Friends of Museums, including the Musée d’Orsay, the Musée du Jeu de Paume and La Maison Rouge.

Eric de Chassey is a historian of art, designer and organizer of arts programmes and director of cultural institutions. He was the director of the Académie de France in Rome – Villa Médicis from 2009 to 2015. He also is professor of contemporary art at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Lyon, France. A former student at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in rue d’Ulm (1986), he obtained his doctorat (1994) and his habilitation à diriger des recherches in history of contemporary art at the University Paris –Sorbonne (1999) before becoming a lecturer in history of art at the University Paris-Sorbonne (1996-1999) and professor in history of art at the University François-Rabelais in Tours, France (1999-2012).

A graduate of EM Lyon Business school with a MBA from Schulich School of Business (York University, Toronto), Emilie Morcillo started her career in 2000 as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She joined Linklaters’ Paris office in 2005 as a business manager. She became Finance manager in 2011 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Paris office in 2013.
