Linklaters advises on the acquisition of Tensor Office Park
Linklaters has advised Czech second biggest retail investment fund INVESTIKA realitní fond and Bud Holdings SA, a private equity company, on the acquisition of Tensor Office Park, one of the most modern office complexes in Gdynia, from EuroEast B.V., a real estate investment firm, represented by Greenstone Asset Management.
Tensor Office Park comprises three A class office buildings – building X, Y and Z, with a total area of 20,075 sqm. It is located in one of the main office hubs in Gdynia, in the vicinity of Gdynia Redłowo Rapid Urban Train station and the station of the Pomeranian Metropolitan. The complex has been rewarded BREEAM Excellent certification.
The transaction was led by Adriana Andrzejewska (of counsel), supported by Ewa Sinkiewicz (senior associate) and Aleksandra Mielniczuk (junior associate) from Warsaw real estate team.
