The new way to negotiate ISDA documentation
Built in collaboration with the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), ISDA Create was launched in 2019 and is currently being used by more than 60 financial institutions for the automation of regulatory Initial Margin (IM) negotiations. A further 300+ institutions, including 8 of the world’s 10 largest banks by assets are in the testing phase.
Three new document modules are being added to the platform in 2020 to allow users to negotiate and agree additional documents online, including IBOR and other bilateral interest rate reform documents.

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) and Linklaters have made the ISDA Master Agreement digitally available for the first time via ISDA Create, a landmark move that will bring greater efficiency, transparency and automation to the negotiation process and enable firms to capture key relationship data for risk management and other purposes.
