Linklaters advises Octopus Renewables on the acquisition of a 49% equity stake in a 85.8 MW Swedish wind farm
Linklaters has advised Octopus Renewables in relation to the acquisition, from Mirova, of a 49% equity stake in a wind farm located outside Alingsås in Västra Götaland, Sweden.
Once built, this wind farm will have 13 Siemens Gamesa turbines for an installed capacity of 85.8 MW. It was developed by RES, who is also providing an EPC-wrap for the construction of the asset.
The Paris/Stockholm Linklaters team involved in this transaction was led by Energy and Infrastructure Partner François April and Counsel Samuel Bordeleau.
