Linklaters advised 7R on the sale of a logistics portfolio to CTP Group

Linklaters has advised 7R, a Polish developer specializing in innovative and environmentally friendly warehouses and production spaces, on the complex transaction of sale of several logistics projects across Poland to CTP Group, one of the largest developers of logistics and industrial real estate in Europe.

The portfolio comprises several assets both in the development phase (such as projects in Warsaw and Katowice), as well as the pre-development phase.

The transaction was led by Monika Lerka (managing associate) supported by Katarzyna Grodzka (associate), Michał Kostewicz (associate) and Jędrzej Pałka (senior associate) from Warsaw real estate team. Marta Domino (partner) and Marcin Wołoszyn (junior associate) from banking and finance team advised on the financing aspects of the transaction.
