Alexey specialises in corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations as well as general corporate issues.
As a member of our Moscow team, he has been advising a range of international and domestic clients across different sectors including technology, media and telecoms (TMT), consumer, mining, industrials, infrastructure and transport, healthcare and some other sectors.
Education and qualifications
Alexey studied law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow).
Alexey speaks English and Russian.
