Overview
Charlotte started in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations (LAI) practice of the Linklaters’ Brussels office in 2020. She was seconded to the LAI practice of the Linklaters’ Paris office in 2022 in the context of a large internal investigation for a major player in the food industry and fully transferred to the Linklaters’ Paris office in 2023.
She advises and represents a broad range of clients from different sectors (banks, industrials, construction, etc.) in complex domestic and international litigation, arbitration and conciliation matters in France, Belgium and abroad. Her practice focuses on (internal and external) investigations, business crime and ESG. She also acts as pro bono coordinator for the firm and has been involved in diverse pro bono matters.
Education and qualifications
Charlotte studied in Belgium (University of Liège) and London (Georgetown University Law Center) and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law (as a Rotary International Fellow, Belgian American Educational Foundation Fellow and NYU Dean’s Graduate Scholar).
Charlotte is admitted to practice as a lawyer in Brussels (2020), New York (2021) and Paris (2023).
Charlotte speaks fluently French and English.
