Linklaters advises Steinhoff International Holdings on its Dutch WHOA Restructuring Plan
Linklaters has advised Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. and its subsidiaries on the debt and equity restructuring undertaken through a Dutch law WHOA Restructuring Plan that completed on 30 June 2023. Amongst other things, the Plan facilitates the extension of maturities of the Steinhoff Group Services’ Debt to at least 30 June 2026 and implements an equity reorganisation.
This most recent restructuring by Steinhoff follows the financial restructuring completed in August 2019 and implementation of the global litigation settlement in February 2022.
